As a Data Entry and Online Service Representative, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
